Job satisfaction is related to life satisfaction. if you want to have a great life, try to be satirsfied at job, otherwise you will feel miserable. Also, my suggestion is not to have job satisfaction, but work satisfaction. Francly, a job means you are selling your time for money. Whish is wrong. You should find ways to make money not dependent with the invested time. You should make money all the time, investing. Then you will have investment satisfaction, with is better then work satisfaction and far better then job satisfaction 
Hey, need a job? A finance job? Are you sure? I case u haven’t noticed, finance background people are being laid off (and their bosses are getting huge primes)… Now is not a very good for those guys
